I represent a variety of clients, including both companies and individuals who are seeking assistance in bankruptcy matters regarding issues under Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 pertaining to bankruptcy cases.
Business Law – Starting a new business or restructuring an existing one - Standard incorporation, sub-chapter(s) corporation, close corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited liability limited partnership, family LLC’s and partnerships
Contracts and business agreements - Operating agreements, stockholder agreements, subcontractor agreements, employment agreements, disclaimers, warranties, offers to sell or purchase, and review of franchise agreements.
Corporate Law – Drafting or review of agreements to purchase or sell an operating business from contract to settlement
Civil Litigation – Contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, construction litigation, breach of contract, employment disputes, and collections
Family Law – I handle all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody disputes, division of property, valuation and characterization of property, pre-nuptial agreements, and spousal support.
